I’m excited to finally share a little more about who I am, what I do, and the heart behind the wellness side of Complete Chiropractic & Wellness. ❤️

My approach has always been centered around the individual — taking the time to listen, understand your body, and help you make informed choices when it comes to nutrition, supplementation, lifestyle, and your overall well-being.

In this video, I share a little about my background, my approach to wellness, what I do with my clients, and what you can expect when you come in to see me.
