Cancellation Questions Answered 📒

Life happens, and we truly understand that unexpected situations can come up.

At Elisa Grace Med Spa + Wellness, we kindly ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you provide as much notice as possible. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows impact not only our providers’ schedules, but also other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

Our late cancellation fee is a flat $25, which is significantly lower than what many practices charge. We do our best to be understanding and flexible because we know emergencies happen.

If you have a medical issue, family emergency, or unexpected circumstance, please communicate with our office. Our team is always willing to listen and work with you when situations are beyond your control.

We value every client and appreciate your respect for our providers’ time, our team’s schedules, and fellow clients seeking appointments.
