We are always trying to make sure you all have the best experience when visiting our studio and store and know parking can be a nightmare sometimes so this is great news. You can now park at the old Rite Aid lot without worrying if you’ll be towed or not 🙏🏻
This is a step in the right direction with the new and developing businesses in the village we need any and all parking that can be given to us, thank you to the Village for recognizing this issue and hopefully we can keep moving forward with more parking in the future!
The Village of Lancaster has approved a lease agreement with Ellicott Development, the owner of the former Rite Aid store property at Central Avenue and Pleasant Avenue West, to lease the parking area of that site for $1 per month. The company also agreed to supply patching and snow removal services.
“This is a win-win for the village,” said Mayor Bill Schroeder.
