We are always trying to make sure you all have the best experience when visiting our studio and store and know parking can be a nightmare sometimes so this is great news. You can now park at the old Rite Aid lot without worrying if you’ll be towed or not 🙏🏻

This is a step in the right direction with the new and developing businesses in the village we need any and all parking that can be given to us, thank you to the Village for recognizing this issue and hopefully we can keep moving forward with more parking in the future!

The Village of Lancaster has approved a lease agreement with Ellicott Development, the owner of the former Rite Aid store property at Central Avenue and Pleasant Avenue West, to lease the parking area of that site for $1 per month. The company also agreed to supply patching and snow removal services.

“This is a win-win for the village,” said Mayor Bill Schroeder.

Today, June 19th, we pause to reflect, recognize, and celebrate Juneteenth.

Juneteenth commemorates June 19, 1865, when news of freedom finally reached enslaved people in Texas—more than TWO years AFTER the Emancipation Proclamation was issued. It is a powerful reminder that freedom, justice, and equality have not always been experienced equally or IMMEDIATELY by ALL

While Juneteenth has been celebrated within Black communities for generations, it did not become an official U.S. federal holiday until 2021 (yes only a few years ago) That makes it all the more important that we continue to recognize its significance, learn its history, and uplift Black voices, stories, and contributions—not just today, but every day.

Here at Vibe we believe in creating space not only for movement and wellness, but also for learning, reflection, and community. If you or someone you know is still unfamiliar with the history and significance of Juneteenth, we encourage you to take a few moments today to learn, share your knowledge, and help spread awareness.

Sometimes honoring a day begins with simply recognizing its importance.

Today, we celebrate, reflect, learn, and continue the work of listening and uplifting one another because THIS IS YOGA. YOGA IS UNITY ❤️🖤💚

☀️ HOTTER DAYS = HOTTER HEATED CLASSES☀️

As temperatures rise outside, our heated classes can feel even warmer than usual. Please take care of your body and come to class prepared!

A few reminders:

*Hydrate throughout the day — not just right before class.

*Consider adding electrolytes, especially if you’re attending heated classes or spending time outdoors.

* Fuel your body with a light snack if needed before class.

*Honor your body and listen to what it needs. Rest, child’s pose, water breaks, and modifications are always encouraged.

*Heated classes may feel more intense during the summer months, so give yourself grace and don’t push beyond your limits.

If at any point during class you need a break, please take one. Step out, grab some water, cool down, and spend a few moments relaxing in the bookstore. Our instructors and front desk team are always here to support you and help make your practice safe and enjoyable.
