Eating Disorder Awareness Week is a time to bring understanding to experiences that are often misunderstood and hidden behind stigma. Eating disorders are not defined by appearance, gender, or age and they can affect anyone. These are serious mental health conditions, not choices or phases, and they deserve compassion and support.

Breaking the stigma starts with learning, listening, and reminding those who are struggling that they are not alone. If you or someone you know needs support, resources are available. The WEVP team is here for you and ready to help.

National Breakup Day is a reminder that relationship endings can be difficult and emotional, and healing looks different for everyone. Finding closure often doesn’t come from answers or final conversations, but from allowing yourself time, reflection, and compassion as you move forward.

If you are navigating a breakup, remember that your feelings are valid, and you are valued. Taking small steps like leaning on supportive people, creating healthy boundaries, and prioritizing your well-being can help support the healing process.

You are not alone. For additional information about resources and support, click the link in our bio. The WEVP team is here for you and available to offer support whenever you need it. 🤍
