A little update on my upcoming move 🤍

My planned October 5 move-in at 130 Wilderness Rd in Danville has been postponed because the new space isn’t quite ready. I’m sorry for the change in plans.

For now, I’ll continue welcoming you at 185 Farra Drive in Lancaster. Please come there for your appointments until I announce a new move date.

Thank you for your patience, kindness, and continued support. I look forward to seeing you!

A New Chapter Is Taking Shape

We’re preparing a new space in Danville, where I’ll continue offering massage therapy, craniosacral therapy, Reiki, and breathwork.

I’m currently looking toward late September and will share the official date and details as everything comes together.

I’m especially grateful to Dr. Cundiff and his office manager, Brittany, for their support and kindness along the way.

I’m excited to see what this next chapter brings, and I’m grateful to all of you who continue to trust me with your care.

Craniosacral Therapy works through gentle, attentive contact. There is no forcing and no wrestling with the body.

The work invites stillness, awareness, and a softening of the patterns we sometimes hold without realizing it.

Subtle does not mean insignificant. Sometimes the quietest work reaches the deepest places.

Craniosacral Therapy can be incorporated into your customized session.

Rest is not weakness. Slowing down is not giving up.

Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is stop carrying everything for a moment and give your body, mind, and spirit room to settle.

Reiki offers quiet, intentional space to reconnect with yourself—without pressure, performance, or expectation.

Reconnect. Realign. Restore.

Craniosacral Therapy may look very still—but stillness doesn’t mean nothing is happening.

This gentle, hands-on approach gives the body an opportunity to settle, soften, and release protective tension without being forced.

It can be especially appealing when you feel overstimulated, exhausted, or simply tired of being pushed.

Curious whether Craniosacral Therapy belongs in your next customized session? Let’s talk.
