🚨 H**P BAN UPDATE 🚨Ok so yesterday the House passed the continuing resolution that pushes the h**p ban back another month. It still has to get signed by the president, but assuming that happens, we've got 30 more days to keep fighting for h**p businesses across the country. The new h**p ban date, once signed by the president, will be December 11, 2026.

Honestly the biggest problem we're up against is all the shady stores out there marketing this stuff to kids like smoke shops, gas stations, you know the ones, along with those also selling addictive products like Kratom and 7-OH. Right now our main focus is getting lawmakers to actually see that there are good actors in this industry too, companies like us who want to follow the rules as they were written 8.5 years ago. We don't want it marketed to kids either which is why we're all for making it 21+, third-party tested, etc.

So if you want to help us keep our doors open, speak up for the companies actually doing this the right way.

🚨86 days left to keep our doors open.🚨When the government makes a law that lets companies build a business for 8.5 years, and then just decides to flip the script and reverse it? That's basically the definition of insanity. All we're asking for is fair regulation, not a total ban. Sure, there are some bad actors out there, but why punish the companies that are doing things the right, safe way?

When government overreach happens, it doesn't just hurt the business. It hits employees' livelihoods, affects customers' quality of life, and wastes almost nine years of hard work. That's exactly why companies end up getting creative, like opening a non-profit cannabis church where green medicine is purchased for spiritual use. There's a stark difference between a company that educates and one that's just out to make a quick buck. It's wild to think that after nine years in business, our products will completely disappear after December 11th (the ban was pushed back from Nov. 12). We're fighting hard to keep our products accessible to the people who need them, but time will tell. 🕛

🚨 H**p Ban Update 🚨 We are hoping that this extra month gives lawmakers more time to estabilish fair, and safe policies. Time will tell what our fate will be. 🤞🏼

The U.S. Senate voted 61-32 on Aug. 8 to delay the federal ban on intoxicating h**p THC products, giving the industry a 4-week reprieve.

📅 New deadline: Dec. 11 (pushed from Nov. 12)
🌿 Covers: delta-8, delta-10, THCP and other naturally-occurring cannabinoids
⚠️ Synthetic cannabinoids are still on track to be banned Nov. 12

The delay was tucked into a continuing resolution funding the government through Dec. 11. Sen. Ted Budd (R-NC) tried to strip the extension, but Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) led the successful motion to table his amendment.

The bill now heads to the House, which didn't include a h**p extension in its own funding version, so a cross-chamber fight is expected when Congress returns from recess.

⏳ More time doesn't mean the fight's over. Stay tuned.
