We have everything you need to stay healthy this season! First, diffuse often. Our top recommendations for diffusing to kill airborne pathogens would be our germ fighting blend, our vira-shield, or select custom products like combining pine and lavender for certain viral illnesses. 

Next, we recommend also increasing your vitamin D we offer vitamin D and K combined as well as multivitamins and other supplements.

Adding honey to soothe, sore throat and protect the lining of your esophagus is also excellent this time of year.

Adding elderberry to your daily routine, which is loaded with antioxidants, also supports a healthy immune system and is generally safe for all ages.

Other helpful tinctures include Mulligan and apple cider vinegar for coughs and sore throat. We also have thyme oil, oregano oil for acute symptoms.

Immune boost applied diluted over your lymph nodes daily gives you an excellent boost this time of year.
