When I tell you I adore my friend Charles, He is charismatic, sincere, funny and soo very talented in so many ways. His passion as a composer/lyricist lead him to create a wonderful CD as well. I love to go to yard and estate sales. Quite often we see something on our errands and stop just to take a peek. You never know what treasures you will find. One of the things I love to look for is antique photos. I use them a lot in my graphic design art. And as a photographer, There is something about an old photo that speaks to me so Much. This photo Must be from around the 1920’s. As a young woman I worked in Manhattan in my early photography yrs on 1920’s to 1940’s 8x10 bellow’s cameras with so much joy. I have had a lot of amazing opportunities. Of course I didn’t realize any of this until I was writing my book. I’m so grateful for my experiences and mistakes in life. They have lead me to this moment in time. And this is where I belong.

Don’t be afraid to make mistakes. This is how we learn and grow. We can’t achieve without making mistakes first.. And it’s never too late to have new experiences. I’m proof of that. ❤️

So I posted the other day about watching Dolly Parton and her heartstrings on Netflix. I just watched the episode Sugar Hill with Tim Busfield. All I can say was, wow! What a performance! The episode was about what we all fear getting older.. If you haven’t seen them yet, please do. They were Soo touching and really good! 🦋
