Happy Friday and to the start of your weekend.
No matter what this week has held for you or what is on your weekend and beyond horizon, now is a great time to pause and check in.
How are you?
Scan down your body gently in your awareness. What are you carrying? What feels tight? Relaxed? Healthy? At ease? Does anything want strengthened? Rested?
Simply ask, then listen.
Your body is amazing. It is filled with wisdom. It will tell you when it's hungry, thirsty, longing for touch, for play, for rest, for challenge and so much more.
If perhaps you've spent years thinking your way through your physical life (I.e. Thinking about and choosing based on what you thought you "should" eat, "should" do, "should wear"....) this relationship with our body may just need a little extra time to uncover. Your body's wonderful voice is still there! All it takes is frequent pauses followed by listening. Little by little your mystical and powerful relationship with yourself will be stronger than you've known before.
So how about it? Restart now to rebuild that beautiful relationship with your own body and inner voice ♥️
