“Foraging for Ghost Pipes is one of the most special moments of the year for me. These incredible wildflowers grow here in south central Pennsylvania each June beneath Oak trees in the deep forest. They are non-photosynthetic plants that gather nutrients from mycorrhizal fungi that are in symbiosis with the Oaks. Ghost Pipes is a powerful herb for pain, both physical and emotional. I am extremely cautious not to over-harvest this sensitive plant and we only feature it in our Pain Forager’s Formula… We don’t sell the tincture straight up. Ghost Pipes have come to me in my dreams several times over the years to invite me to harvest, a truly great honor for an herbalist.”

Check out our new logo! We’re getting ready for a several month long brand spruce up and this is the beginning!

Ginkgo leaf has always been part of our branding, in honor of Earth’s longest living (and wisest) tree species. A big big YES to ancient memories and our elders in the community of life!

Ella’s seasonal fav: Sleep Formula ⭐️
Sleep is important all year round. As the days get shorter and our exposure to sunlight decreases, our need for deep sleep increases.

A little salve appreciation post!

Organically grown high cee 🐝 d flower extracted in-house lends itself to be the potent backbone of our salve. Add in other Beta- myrcene containing Rosemary, Thyme, and a tiiny bit of Cayenne to bring warmth and stimulation to tissues and joints while Chamomile and Jamaican Dogwood balance the heat and relax smooth muscles. Local beeswax joins these whole-plant infused oils to create the balm of all balms.
