Aleph Tav Body therapy sessions are designed to gently support and restore proper communication within the body. Using light touch on specific points and intentional hand positioning, areas of congestion can begin to release, helping the body return to a more balanced and properly functioning state.

The sessions are gentle and non-invasive. Members remain fully clothed and relaxed on a padded table while light touch is applied in specific sequences. ATB is similar to acupuncture without needles, or acupressure without unnecessary pressure on the tissue. Calming music with frequencies to match each individual ATB protocol are also played during each session.

Do you struggle with frequent headaches or migraines? If so, keep reading. 🧠

There is research showing that training the brain can significantly reduce and, in many cases, eliminate pain related to recurrent migraines or headaches.

Migraines are often connected to dysregulation in the brain. When the brain becomes overly reactive, the threshold for triggering pain lowers. Neurotherapy works by helping the brain shift out of those overactive patterns and into more stable regulation.

We want to give everyone plenty of notice that Dr. Megan’s last day in the office before maternity leave will be Friday, October 30th.

At this time, we do not have a set return date, but we will communicate that information as soon as a return date is established. If you are needing a scan, ATB session, neurofeedback session, package sessions, or other therapies, we encourage you to schedule as soon as possible to help ensure availability before Dr. Megan’s leave begins.

We will do our best to accommodate all package sessions prior to October 30th. Any unused package sessions will not be lost and may be used when Dr. Megan returns to the office.

As we each move through different seasons of life, we are grateful for the opportunity to continue walking alongside you and supporting your wellness along the way. Thank you for your understanding and for allowing us to plan ahead to best serve everyone during this transition!
