CrushPD Fitness is coming to Kennett Square starting October 2026 at Longwood Performing Arts Center!

For more than a decade, CrushPD has been helping people with Parkinson’s disease move better, get stronger, improve balance and stamina, and stay active through evidence-based exercise — all while being part of an incredibly supportive community.

Jumping can improve bone, cardiovascular, and brain health, it can enhance power, improve fast twitch muscle activation, improve balance and postural reactions, coordination, rhythm and confidence! While jumping may not be for every person with PD there are several modifications that can get you started! So HOP to it and get jumping!
