As part of this system, on your first visit we will begin with our Healthy Aging Evaluations (if blood work or diagnostic testing such as an EKG is necessary, they will be ordered at that time). Once complete, we will then create your personalized Recommended Health Action Plan, which includes dietary & lifestyle recommendations as well the meal plan and fitness program you will be following using the online EZDietPlannner & FitnessTracker™. Dietary supplements from our Essentials nutrition line will be recommended at that time as well. To monitor your progress while you're following the wellness or weight loss program designed for you, each day simply log in to the online system and record your personal nutritional data and activities.
