We have 3 spots still open for the April Community Breathwork. Join us for a much needed respite from the day to day and find something out of the ordinary. It may surprise you how good it feels to let go into the natural delight of the breath.
Most people do not breathe fully or deeply. The body's health depends on a steady flow of oxygen and the rhythmic rocking of the diaphragm to distribute nutrients and collect lymph.
In Breathwork, we learn to inhale and exhale in a way that nourishes the body, resets the nervous system and mobilizes stuck energy throughout the system.
Participants are treated to nourishment of the mind, body and heart with thoughtful discussion, (mostly!) healthy snacks, and experienced trauma-informed facilitation. This is a deep and powerful process that leaves you feeling lighter, more grounded, and with a greater capacity to engage in your life and the different flavors of beauty, laughter and community.
