Moving Milan to a different school district was honestly one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for her. 🥹💗

She’s getting the supports she needs AND opportunities that allow her to learn, grow, create, and be independent. She has both Autism Support and Life Skills, and her staff are truly AHHHMAZING! 🥰

Today, they created their very own pizza shop 🍕👩🏽‍🍳 complete with making their own pizzas! Seeing her participate in experiences like this reminds me that sometimes you have to advocate, make the hard changes, and trust your gut when you know your child deserves more.

I’m so proud of my girl and so grateful she’s surrounded by people who see her abilities, nurture her strengths, and give her opportunities to shine. 💕✨

The right school + the right supports + the right people can make ALL the difference. 🥹🍕💗
