As much as I would love to get those of you in who have expressed interest in the Solstice Special this week, I will be channeling most of my energy into making this weekend’s Rooted & Radiant: A Women’s Summer Solstice Immersion Retreat as magical as possible for all of the beautiful women attending. I cannot put into words how excited I am to disappear into Mother Nature for 3 days😩🌳⛺️

How are we already halfway through the month of April?🤯

It’s hard to believe that I am still seeing so many clients working through the aftermath of the winter blues as well as working through their body’s spring detoxing (whether they were ready for it or not!). Healing is HARD. I’ve never implied anything different when working with clients naturopathically.

I’ve been on my own natural health journey for years now, and I still have my own vices that I’ve yet to conquer. I’m a human being sharing my knowledge to help others, but that doesn’t mean I’m perfect at it (and some days you just gotta look away🙈).

It’s clients like this who remind me that what I’m doing helps even when it comes from a place of imperfections. This individual has been working with me for almost a year and came to me facing self image battles, autoimmune disorders, constipation, chronic inflammation, daily pain, and struggling with weight loss.

Yesterday, she is officially off all auto immune medications and injections, tapering off her antidepressants (with the help of a collaborative MD), pain-free, down 30 pounds and 8 inches, and pooping daily!🥳🙌🏼🎊

This is what happens when the body gets what it needs. It looks different for everyone, and it requires self-reflection, discipline, and a complete overhaul of what you thought “health” was.

Though I’m grateful to walk alongside her, all the credit is hers. This kind of dedication is what creates real health freedom.
