Life can get overwhelming, and it’s okay to admit it. Stress affects our minds, bodies, and relationships— but awareness is the first step toward balance.

Tips to manage stress:
1️⃣ Take a few deep breaths daily 🧘‍♀️
2️⃣ Move your body—walk, stretch, or dance 🚶‍♂️💃
3️⃣ Prioritize sleep and nutrition 🥗😴
4️⃣ Talk to someone you trust 🤝
5️⃣ Take small breaks and practice self-care 💛
