The addition of prosciutto is everything. So so good.

And I use specialty balsamic that I get at Horrock's Farm Market when I visit their Lansing location.

My oldest son took me there for my birthday and WOW, it was a scrumptious meal!

Looking ahead to next week's menu ideas, I'm thinking berries, berries and more berries and for extra fun, let's also throw in a chicken, blt egg salad.
