💣 LET’S TALK ABOUT PERINATAL MENTAL HEALTH! 💣

Don’t miss this event! YOU MUST PRE-REGISTER!

Perinatal mental health deserves the same attention, compassion and care as physical health during pregnancy and the postpartum period. Anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, overwhelm and other perinatal mental health challenges are common and can affect anyone- regardless of how much they love their baby or how excited they were to become a parent.

Too often, these struggles are dismissed as “just hormones,” exhaustion or simply part of motherhood- leaving parents feeling ashamed or afraid to speak up.

Breaking the stigma begins with education, open conversations and recognizing that asking for help is not a sign of weakness or failure- it is an act of strength and a step toward healthier parents, healthier families and stronger connections. No parent should have to suffer in silence, and support is available.

When: 8/20/26 (This Thursday!)
