September 11–13, we’re trading schedules, notifications + everyday noise for a couple of days outside.

Yoga. Meditation. Bonfires. Books. Naps. Wandering. Staring at the trees for an unreasonable amount of time. 😂

There will be space to practice together and plenty of space to simply be.

No packed itinerary. No pressure to make the weekend productive.

Just fresh air, good company + a little more quiet.

A new month, a new season, and a few fun changes happening on the Soul Nectar schedule. 🐝

Here’s what’s new:

✨ Pilates with Jackey
Monday • 10:15 AM
Wednesday • 9 AM
We’re calling it what it is. 😉 A full mat Pilates practice focused on strength, stability, control + intentional movement.

🔥 Heated Vinyasa with Jackey
Wednesday • 5:30 PM
Saturday • 9AM
Vinyasa is warming up! Expect the room around 80° for a little extra heat while you flow.

⏳ 75-Minute Classes
We’re giving a few favorites a little more room to breathe:
• Tuesday 5:30 PM Ashtanga
• Wednesday 10:15 AM Ashtanga
• Thursday 10:15 AM Hip Love + Meditate

🌙 Monday Night Pop-Ups
Monday evenings at 7 PM are becoming a space for special classes, seasonal practices + whatever goodness we feel like dreaming up. Keep an eye on the schedule!

A new season is on its way, and with it comes a little shift in our weekly rhythm at Soul Nectar. 🐝

We’ve made a few changes, added a few things we’re really excited about, and created a fall schedule with plenty of ways to move, strengthen, soften + slow down.

A few things to look forward to:

✨ Pilates with Jackey — Mondays at 10:15am + Wednesdays at 9am

🌿 Inner Calm Yin with Marilee — Tuesdays at 10:15am

🔥 Ashtanga with Jackey — Tuesdays at 5:30pm + Wednesdays at 10:15am

🌙 Monday night pop-ups at 7pm — watch for special classes throughout the season

💛 Plus all the Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Basics, Sculpt + Hip Love you already know and love.

Some things are changing, your favorites are staying right where they are, and there’s a whole lot of goodness waiting for you this fall.

🙃✨ WHAT A FUN AFTERNOON UPSIDE DOWN! ✨🙃

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us Saturday for Intro to Inversions with Jackey!

There was so much curiosity, courage, play + laughter in the room. We practiced the foundations, tried new things, found our edges, surprised ourselves a little 😉 and celebrated every tiny moment of WAIT… I’M DOING IT! 🤸‍♀️

And can we talk about these photos?! You all were FLYING. 🥹👏

One of our favorite things about workshops like this is having the space to slow things down, ask questions, experiment, fall out, try again, and discover what your body is capable of without any pressure to get it “right.”

Thank you, Jackey, for creating such a supportive + playful space to explore something new. 💛

And thank YOU to everyone who trusted us with your practice and spent your Saturday afternoon playing upside down with us.
