A slight change to our morning classes with Ryan-
Tuesday/Thursday 9am is moving to the upstairs studio!

An update for my in-person yoga classes:
They will be upstairs from now on.
Every Tues. & Thurs.
The Yoga Studio on Lincolnway
If you’re unfamiliar with the studio, the door is just to the left of the downstairs. It opens directly to a flight of stairs. There have been some pleasing, aesthetic updates to the studio space, including the wall behind me. (Totally made me smile this morning.)

We have had some questions about the logo update 💜🦋
When I chose the name “Go Aerial Fitness” I was teaching aerial classes at another facility. When I bought the building, it was mainly for the purposes of rigging safely and having a dedicated space for aerial.
Almost immediately we added so many different classes that even in the first year open here I didn’t love the name anymore, as we offered so much more than aerial.
Over the years, our organic name in conversation has always been “the studio” or “the yoga studio”
And when I’m telling someone about my business, I always say it’s “the yoga studio on Lincolnway!”
So what better name to call our beloved studio than what we always call it?!
This is a long overdue change to embrace what the space has become! We have grown into so much more over the years than I even imagined.
Here’s to a decade of community and memories, and many more to come 🥂
