We are looking for some Massage Therapists!
Natural Balance, established in 2004 in the heart of Downtown Laramie, is a welcoming and inclusive massage office dedicated to creating a relaxing atmosphere. We specialize in a variety of client-centered massage modalities, tailored to individual needs. Our focus is on providing services in a clean, peaceful, and serene environment.
Responsibilities
Provide quality and consistent massage therapy in a quiet environment to clients.
Use a variety of modalities that you excel in, i.e. deep tissue, prenatal, Swedish massage.
Maintain a safe, clean and inclusive workspace.
Participate in the collective efforts of maintaining a clean linens supply.
Each team member is responsible for managing their appointments by using our Square Appointments. (Please note that each team member sets and manages their own schedule by using the app)
Applicants are expected to supply their own massage table, additional equipment, and decorations for room ambiance. Table linens are supplied.
Qualifications
Certificate of completion from a recognized massage therapy program (No state license required in Wyoming).
Exceptional communication skills, enabling clear and empathetic interactions with both clients and colleagues.
Demonstrated commitment to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and safe environment for all community members.
Ability to foster a supportive and loving atmosphere, ensuring every client feels respected and comfortable during their session.
Passion for promoting wellness and a deep respect for the diverse needs and backgrounds of clients.
$42-$56 an hour + Tips
