At Girasoles Medical Supply, we are truly honored and humbled to have the opportunity to donate a bell that will be placed at Doctor's Hospital Cancer Center in Laredo, Texas. 💗

This bell represents so much more than the sound it makes. It symbolizes the end of a difficult chapter, the strength it takes to keep fighting, and the beautiful moment when a patient gets to ring it to celebrate completing their cancer treatment.

Knowing that this bell will become part of such a meaningful milestone in someone's journey is a privilege that words can hardly express. Every ring will tell a story of courage, perseverance, and hope. It will be a reminder that behind every battle is a person who has fought hard, a family that has stood strong, and a community that cares.

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and the families whose lives were changed forever.

We remember the innocent souls who never made it home.

We honor the brave first responders, firefighters, police officers, EMTs, and ordinary people who showed extraordinary courage.

And we hold in our hearts the families and loved ones who continue to carry their loss.

May we never forget the courage, compassion, and unity that emerged during one of our nation's darkest days.

Today, we pause to honor and reflect on the significance of Juneteenth.

Juneteenth commemorates the end of slavery in the United States and serves as a reminder of the enduring pursuit of freedom, equality, and justice. It is a day to celebrate resilience, recognize history, and honor the generations whose strength helped shape our nation.

In observance of Juneteenth, we will be closed today and will resume normal business hours on Monday.
