Protect Your Mental Health: Men are often told to “tough it out.” But mental fitness is just as vital as physical strength.
1. Talk it out — with a friend, therapist, or coach
2. Limit stress where you can (including doom-scrolling)
3. Get enough sleep (7–9 hours nightly)
4. Remember: asking for help isn’t weakness, it's wisdom.
