The North Central Park Morning Swimmers Club invited Diana Espinoza, RN, to their monthly meeting, where she checked members’ blood pressure and pulse and gave away gift cards!
Visits like these bring health awareness into our community, encourage regular health checks, and create opportunities to connect with our neighbors. We’re grateful to be part of a group that values staying active, friendship, and wellness.

Champion Care encourages our patients, caregivers, and neighbors to prepare for rain and thunderstorms Thursday and Friday, October 1–2. Heavy rainfall could cause flooding. Laredo is under a Flood Watch from Thursday at 7 a.m. through Friday at 7 p.m.

A Flood Watch means flooding is possible—please stay alert as conditions change.

💙 Check on elderly loved ones and neighbors who may need assistance.
🔋 Charge phones and keep flashlights, medications, and essential supplies nearby.
🚗 Allow extra travel time and never drive through flooded roads. Turn Around, Don’t Drown!
📲 Follow the National Weather Service and local officials for updated alerts in your area.
