I had another client go to the office - new to Medicare. After reviewing her doctors and medicine - she chose her Medicare advantage plan. I enrolled her and within minutes the system denied the application because it was a duplicate enrollment meaning someone had already enrolled her. The client became upset and frightened in fear that some stranger is running around with her new Medicare number 😩 she called the carrier and was able to iron everything out. There seems to be desperate agents willing to do unethical things - and at the end of the day will end up with a charge back 🥺 I share information so people can learn from my experiences! I consider myself extremely blessed to have the clients that I have!!! 🩷

A client went to office today with a problem. He qualifies for Medicare and Medicaid and was in a plan with $0 copays - one call with a telemarketer and he found himself on a plan that has copays! He went to hospital and received bills 😳 that telemarketer just wanted a sale - and now a man was enrolled into a plan that did not meet his needs!!! Please be careful who you talk to!!! He left happy knowing his telemarketing days are over. A live - local agent that’s always in the office is so much better!!!

We cannot discuss plan options until October 1; however, after reviewing 2027 plans- I would like to suggest that anyone enrolled in a Medicare plan should call their agent to discuss their options!!! Don’t forget!!! If you don’t have an agent, please call us at 956-763-3995!!! It’s important!!!
