Pay: $17.00 per hour
Personal Support /Female Client/ Needed schedule M&T 3:00 PM-8:00 PM and W & Fri 10:00 AM- 3:00 PM in Clearwater, FL.
Job Responsibilities
Making healthy meal choices
*Meal planning and preparing (lunch/dinner)
Can be prepped and stored as meal prep
Prompting and assisting the client with her chores as a shared responsibility w/roommate. (Ex. Making bed, keeping her room tidy, sweeping, mopping, wiping down furniture, bathroom every other week, kitchen dishes/fridge, making sure she does her laundry weekly).
Checking fridge, disposing of expired foods, taking out trash)
Take client to stores of her choice, and grocery store as needed.
Take/attend appointments as needed. Fill prescriptions.
Attend quarterly meetings to discuss Clients progress/ challenges
Send daily service note of what you are working on with client by email after shift is complete.
Staff needs
2 years of experience working with disabled individuals
CPR/ First Aid
Diploma
Driver's License/Reliable Car/Car Registration/ Insurance
Level 2 Background Screening/ Local Law
*Other web trainings are required but can be worked on upon hire.
