Heaven on Earth ✨🐴

My mentor, Dale Halaway, often refers to the acronym HOE - Heaven on Earth.

And for me, this is exactly what that looks and feels like.

Bathed in the golden hues of the setting sun, surrounded by the quiet beauty of the desert landscape, in the presence of these magnificent horses, I find myself immersed in a feeling of pure abundance.

There is something about the color yellow. Its warmth, its radiance, its invitation to embrace joy, vitality, and the fullness of life. It reminds me of the light we carry within ourselves and the beauty that unfolds when we allow that light to shine.

And abundance? Oh, how I’ve come to understand that it arrives in so many forms. It isn’t always measured in dollars, possessions, or accomplishments.

Sometimes abundance is the warmth of the sun against your skin, the gentle breath of a horse beside you, the vibrations of sound moving through the open desert air, or the profound realization that you are exactly where you are meant to be.

It’s having the freedom to do what you love. It’s meaningful connection. It’s peace in your heart. It’s gratitude so deep that you can feel it in every cell of your being.

And perhaps one of the greatest expressions of abundance is recognizing that what you once dreamed of creating has quietly become the life you are living.

Nothing to chase. Nothing to prove. Just presence, purpose, connection, and a heart overflowing with gratitude.

This is my Heaven on Earth.

And I am abundantly grateful. 💛

Permission to Go 🤍

Sometimes, the greatest expression of love is giving someone permission to leave.

Recently, I was invited into a room where a family was preparing to say goodbye to someone they deeply loved.

Before the first crystal bowl sang, I entered with reverence. I carefully arranged my instruments, acknowledged each family member with a gentle gaze, and placed my hand over my heart.

There is a sacredness in these moments that words cannot fully express.

As Reiki, sound, and song filled the room, I witnessed a beautiful softening. A moment of stillness. An atmosphere of grace, love, and surrender.

I closed with three simple affirmations:

You are safe.

You are ready.

You are loved.

This is some of the most sacred work I have ever been called to do.

To honor the dying. To hold space for the living. To witness the extraordinary beauty of a life preparing to transition.

💗 Sound, Service & Support

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month - a meaningful reminder of the many individuals and families whose lives are touched by cancer.

I am deeply honored to volunteer with The Caring Place, the adult services program of Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation, where I have the privilege of offering sound bath meditations as part of their healing arts programming.

Through Mystic Topaz Sound Journey, I bring my bowls, gong, chimes and other instruments into this beautiful community with one simple intention: to create a space where participants can pause, breathe, receive, and simply be.

Cancer can ask so much of the body, mind, heart and spirit. Sometimes wellness isn’t about doing more. Sometimes it’s about having a safe space to soften, to be supported, and to experience a few moments of peace. 🎶💗

Being able to offer sound in service to this community is incredibly meaningful to me. I am grateful to The Caring Place for recognizing that care extends beyond the physical body and for making healing arts and supportive services available to adults touched by cancer.

This month, I honor those currently navigating cancer, those in remission, the caregivers and families walking beside them, and those we carry in our hearts. 💕

May you know that you do not walk this journey alone.

🐴 Where Horses, Sound & Healing Meet 🔔✨

What happens when we take sound healing out of the studio and into the presence of horses and nature?

Something shifts.

The sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, drums and other therapeutic instruments invite the body to slow down and settle into deep rest. Add the grounding presence of horses, fresh air, open space and connection to the natural environment, and we create an entirely different kind of wellness experience.

This is why I love bringing my work into unconventional spaces, creating opportunities to experience meditation and sound not only as something we hear, but something we can feel and experience in our whole being.

I’m returning to Horses4Heroes – The Ranch Las Vegas for Wellness at the Ranch, a Thursday morning experience created to step away from the noise, reconnect with yourself, and experience the restorative combination of nature, horses, meditation and sound.

I’ll be offering a Sound Bath + Guided Meditation from 9:30–10:30 AM, surrounded by the peaceful energy of the Ranch.

Transformation is reciprocal. Sometimes we hold the space. Sometimes we are invited to be held by it.

A year ago, I stood inside Savage Fitness sharing something I love - facilitating sound bath experiences and introducing the InHarmony acoustic bed during a community gathering created to bring together vendors, practitioners, and people aligned with a shared vision of wellness, connection, and transformation.

A year later I’m back in that same space, but this time, I wasn’t standing there as the facilitator.

I was sitting in the circle. This time, I was there to receive.

On August 23rd, I attended SVG3 Builders Collective, a gathering for creatives, entrepreneurs, and visionaries looking to grow, connect, and build alongside one another.

We move through life constantly giving and receiving, sometimes holding space for others, and sometimes allowing ourselves to be held. Sometimes we are the teacher, sometimes the student. Sometimes we facilitate the transformation, and sometimes we have the courage to sit in the circle and do our own work.

That, to me, is beautiful stewardship of transformation.

I’m grateful to Chris 𝚂𝚅𝙶𝟹 and Arthur | Overthinking & Burnout Coach for creating a space that went beyond traditional networking. Through thoughtful prompts and honest conversation, we were invited to audit where we truly are in our relationships, our businesses, our health, and our spirit, and to become curious about the beliefs and unconscious patterns that may be keeping us from where we want to go.

There is something powerful about leaders who are building spaces where people can become more of who they are. May we continue creating spaces where transformation is reciprocal, leadership is heart-centered, and we all have the opportunity to rise together. ✨
