Floating into wellness 🌊✨

What a beautiful way to close out Mother’s Day.

I had the honor of co-facilitating this floating sound bath experience alongside Stephanie Jillian of Las Vegas Yoga Therapy, creating a space for deep relaxation, healing frequencies, restoration, and community connection.

Watching our guests peacefully drift across the water while immersed in sound was truly magical. The candles flickering, the gentle movement of the pool, the vibrations of the instruments, and the stillness in the atmosphere created an experience that felt both grounding and transcendent.

For many attendees, this was their very first floating sound bath, and hearing how relaxed, surprised, and nurtured they felt afterward reminded us why experiences like this matter.

People are craving new ways to care for themselves, reconnect with their inner peace, and create meaningful moments of wellness in their lives. This is more than relaxation…it’s an invitation to slow down, receive, and simply be.

Thank you, Stephanie, for the invitation to collaborate and help bring this unique wellness offering to the Las Vegas community. We are excited for floating sound bath season and look forward to creating more experiences that nurture the soul and bring healing into joyful spaces. 💙

Today’s journey was a sacred return inward.

Through intentional space holding and the support of medicinal 🍄 journey, a beautiful unfolding took place…one of reconnecting to the heart.

What I continue to honor in this work is how sound becomes a bridge.

Each instrument you see here carries its own frequency, its own voice…
working in harmony to guide the nervous system into safety, openness, and receptivity.

The drum.
The rattle.
The subtle textures of vibration moving through the body.

Sound is not just heard, it is felt.
It is remembered.
It creates pathways where healing can gently enter.

These tools are more than instruments.
They are allies in creating spaces where people can soften, release, and reconnect with their truth.

From the Sacred Valley of the Incas to the desert lands of the Southwest…what a beautiful journey to witness and receive ♥️

Receiving the Love & Laughter Experience, featuring the shamanic sound journey of Jorge Munay, was truly something special. The music, the presence, the joy, the laughter - it all carried the essence of Cusco, Peru straight into our hearts. You could feel the tradition, the intention, the spirit woven into every note.

Grateful for these moments of connection, for the nourishment (yes…that ceviche 😋), and for the reminder of what it feels like to gather in such a sacred and loving way.

Deep gratitude to Jorge for sharing his medicine and making the journey to the U.S. Please know Las Vegas welcomes you whenever the time aligns.

And to my soul sister Debra, thank you for holding such a beautiful sanctuary for community, healing, and remembrance.

The Caring Place Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation

There are moments that feel like sacred alignment… and this was one of them.

For the past five years, I’ve had the honor of knowing Svetlana, a beautiful soul and gifted sound facilitator. Recently, we were called to co-create, blending our sounds into one unified field of healing.

Together, we offered a sound journey to cancer patients at The Caring Place.

What we created was more than sound…
it was an energetic embrace.

Several patients shared that the experience felt like “surround sound” - what was truly felt was a deep inner stillness…a soft return to peace within the body.

Sound moves where words cannot.
High-frequency vibrations support the nervous system, gently guiding the body into a state of calm, safety, and receptivity.

Being in service to cancer patients touches a deeply tender place within me.
This offering is my way of giving back…
of honoring each soul’s journey with presence, compassion, and love.

This is the essence of Mystic Topaz Sound Journeys - a space where frequency becomes medicine,
and healing is felt beyond the physical.

Consciousness is not perfection.
It’s not the end of grief.
It’s not “arriving”

The last 2–3 months asked me to shed.
Not gracefully.
Not quietly.

There were days I wasn’t okay.
And I showed up anyway.

Facilitators don’t transcend the human experience.
We walk through it. Consciously.

Radical honesty changed everything.

The counter practice to suffering?
Celebrate it all.

The loss.
The lesson.
The becoming.

Lately I’ve been returning to a style of work that feels deeply aligned with who I am as a practitioner, supporting profound inner shifts through Mental & Emotional Release® breakthrough sessions.

In these private sessions, I blend subconscious coaching, hypnotherapy, and sound bath meditation to create a safe and immersive space where the nervous system can soften and the unconscious mind becomes receptive to change. The sound frequencies act as an anchor, helping release emotional patterns held beneath awareness while gently attuning the mind toward what you are ready to create and manifest next.

What I love most is witnessing how naturally transformation unfolds when emotional blocks are released and the body, mind, and energy field come into coherence. It’s subtle, powerful work and such an honor to facilitate.
