– Every day for the next week, practice this challenge once per day.
– Set aside specific times each day. Try to make it the SAME time every day, so it’s easier to turn it into habit.
– During this time, go out into nature and observe the beauty around you.
– Nature has a calming effect and provides opportunities for appreciation.
