We understand that choosing a new care model is a meaningful decision, and we do not expect anyone to make it without having their questions answered first.

For patients who want to meet Dr. Hodges before committing to a membership, Evolve offers a 30-minute new patient consult at the office. At this visit, we will discuss your health history, your goals, and whether the concierge model is the right fit for your care. If you decide to enroll within one month of your consult, the visit fee is credited toward your registration fee or first month's membership.

Daughters of Evolve members between the ages of 13 and 26 receive all of the benefits of the Concierge GYN Membership at half the monthly cost. Adolescent gynecology is one of Dr. Hodges' areas of special focus; she provides age-appropriate, educational care built around trust, comfort, and respect for each young patient's autonomy.
