Yesterday I chose not to rush to post.

Not because Mother’s Day doesn’t matter to me, but because I wanted to actually live my day instead of performing it.

I spent time with my mom, a relationship that hasn’t always been easy, but one I’m learning to approach with more gentleness.

And I allowed myself to simply enjoy being human. Quiet moments. Rest. Small joys. Time with people I love.

Motherhood and womanhood can hold so many contradictions. Loving deeply while still needing space for yourself. Giving endlessly while trying to rediscover who you are underneath all the roles you’ve carried.

Some women became mothers. Some wanted to and couldn’t. Some chose different paths entirely. And all of those experiences deserve compassion, not judgment.

Maybe life is less about perfection and more about becoming softer in places that once hurt.

However yesterday felt for you, I hope you found at least one moment that belonged only to yourself.

What a beautiful Mother’s Day Weekend Sound Bath with Horses. 🤍🐴

Thank you to every person who joined us and shared in such a peaceful evening of connection, presence, sound, nature, and quiet moments together. Watching the horses move gently through the space while the sun set over the mountains felt truly special. 🌅✨

There was something so grounding about slowing down together, breathing together, and simply being present. 🤍

Thank you for bringing your energy, your openness, and your hearts to this experience. We are so grateful for each of you. 🌸
