What does a practical pressure injury prevention pilot look like? 𝗚𝘄𝗲𝗻 𝗝𝗲𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹’𝘀 𝟭𝟰-𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘁 gives clinical teams a structured way to evaluate positioning cushions during normal patient care—without obligation.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲𝘀:
1. Selecting a pilot champion and clinical point of contact
2. Providing staff education and training
3. Trying the cushions with patients using existing repositioning protocols
4. Gathering staff feedback through a brief evaluation
5. Reviewing the results in a report with stakeholders

The goal is to help care teams assess whether this approach fits their needs and supports better turning and repositioning.
