At The Contouring Co. we take the time to prepare for your scheduled appointment before your arrival. We are committed to providing you all with exceptional service. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen. Please give us 48 hours' notice to notify us of any c

hanges or cancellations. We understand that life's circumstances sometimes prevent you from keeping your appointments, but if a 48-hour notification is not given you will lose your 20% Deposit and cost of service will be charged at full price when you come back in for the original service booked. No Call, No Show Policy
When a client doesn’t show up, or doesn’t call to let us know they can no longer come, it leaves our employee’s schedules open when they could have helped someone else. Please be aware if you no call no show at our spa your card on file will be charged $50 OR 50% OF service if service is less than $50 for the missed appointment.
