❓ Question 1: Are you authorized to treat OWCP patients?
This is non-negotiable. Not every clinic is authorized.

❓ Question 2: Do you manage the authorization paperwork?
Some clinics leave this entirely to the patient. We don't.

❓ Question 3: What's my realistic treatment timeline?
Vague answers are a red flag.

❓ Question 4: How do you communicate with the DOL?
Documentation and communication are critical to your case.
