We opened this month with a full moon in Scorpio sound bath, and one thing I’ve learned through this season of transition is that Queendom was never just a storefront. It’s an energy. It’s intention. It’s the feeling of being welcomed into a space where you can finally let your shoulders drop.

Every month, we create home inside whatever room we’re in. We lay the mats down, pour the tea, serve the honey, dim the lights, and hold space for people to simply be. No pressure to perform. No need to prove anything. Just rest.

Whether it’s 2 people or 20, there is something powerful that happens when people gather with the shared intention to slow down, meditate, and soften together. We truly love being caretakers of calm for our community.

We’re right in that season of grounded Ta**us energy and airy Gemini thinking, so the theme of this box felt like the perfect bridge for the month of May. ✨

It’s not just about calling in what we want, but getting crystal clear on it so we can clear out the noise. Ta**us reminds us to build with intention, and Gemini reminds us to stay flexible as we move.

Creativity is my favorite burnout recovery techniques. 💞

We had the opportunity to host a sugar scrub activation for the team wellness day at the House of Blues and it was such a beautiful reminder that people truly need spaces where they can slow down, create, laugh, and reconnect with themselves outside of work mode.

There’s something powerful about watching people use their hands, trust their ideas, give themselves permission to make a mess, not take everything so seriously, and make something intentional for themselves. You can literally feel the shift in the room when people are given space to just be for a second.

These kinds of wellness activations are some of my favorite things to bring into corporate spaces because wellness at work should feel engaging, supportive, and human.
