Not me getting BCAA powder all over and my desk 😂🫣

I cleaned it up.

Don’t make the mistake I did by skipping over the intra- workout BCAAs ‼️

I used to drink them religiously until I left my BCAAs in a hot car one too many times and ruined several containers (story at end of video lol).

Regardless of that- we know that dieting for fat loss (especially if getting stage lean) is accompanied by some muscle loss.

The whole thing with dieting is we want to maintain as much lean tissue as we possibly can and there is a large and strong body of evidence that supports the value of BCAAs in supporting muscle retention.

If you’re being lazy about this like I was- you’re leaving gains on the table.

I got myself straight after Wasatch especially considering how high my cardio is right now. While my goal is to reduce my quads, I want to KEEP my glutes 🙌

This means I’m doing a lot of cardio, not training quads, and making sure I’m investing 100% of my energy and recovery into my glute training.

This also means a very low calorie diet and these help curb my sweet cravings a ton, especially at night.
