Welcome to Naturopathic Nevada, where we have perfected the art of healing naturally! Naturopathic Nevada is a comprehensive wellness clinic, focusing on natural modalities and patient education. Founded in October 2019 by Dr. Sydney Freggiaro, the clinic continues to serve Southern Nevada residents. Naturopathic Nevada is a safe space for being heard and understanding the root cause of disease pr

ocesses. We are not interested in covering up your symptoms with suppressive medications; we want to help you make dramatic changes to your body’s external exposures and internal environment that will create a terrain for wellness. We believe the body is inherently wise and has the capacity to heal – you just need to give it the right nourishment, support and tools. It is your job to share your story; it is our job to translate your symptom constellation into a transformational path to wellness.

The outpouring of support this week from our patients has been tremendous. Ponchi passed from a tragic accident while traveling with us on Sunday. Coming home and returning to the clinic has been tremendously difficult. It has been impossible to escape the grief because he was with us 24/7 in both spaces.

To my patients that wrote emails about their favorite memories of him - thank you. To my patients who called and kept Cally comforted in her grief - thank you. To my patients who sent me and the clinic flowers - thank you. To my patients who dropped off gifts during their visits - thank you. To my patients who drove in from out of state to sit with me and weep - thank you.

You cannot imagine the love I have felt and the resounding impact I know he had at our clinic from all of our encounters.

Ponchi saw every patient with me since my clinic was based in a converted garage in 2020. Ponchi touched every patient that I did. He was integral to care. Whether he was calming their nervous systems or mine….

What an honor to have been chosen and loved by this little angel.

AANP 2026: Madison, WI

Serving as the opening keynote speaker for my profession’s national conference was a lifetime achievement.

I poured an incredible amount of heart into preparing a message of hope about faithfully stewarding the treasure of naturopathic medicine without losing ourselves in the process. To receive a standing ovation—and then spend the rest of the weekend hearing from students, colleagues, mentors, and physicians I’ve admired for years that the message resonated—is something I’ll never forget.

There may have also been more celebratory Wisconsin ice cream consumed over the last four days than I typically eat in an entire year.

I was also honored to share the conference stage with Dr. Dennis Godby, whose closing keynote beautifully echoed the spirit of stewardship and service. His lifelong commitment through Walk USA for Health Equity continues to inspire our profession.

Thank you to everyone who organized this incredible meeting, shared a conversation, offered encouragement, or simply stopped to say hello. My cup is incredibly full.

Here’s to carrying this treasure well. ❤️

This past weekend filled my cup in all the best ways. 🤍🌿

I spent a few days in Sonoma County visiting my best friend as she wraps up her first semester at the California School of Herbal Studies, and it was exactly the kind of reset my soul needed.

We wandered beneath ancient redwoods for a forest bathing experience, somehow turned a casual walk into an accidental mountain hike (1200ft elevation gain‼️), explored the school’s Medicine Fair, and spent time wildcrafting St. John’s Wort and California Bay Leaf.

Watching my best friend pursue her passion for herbal medicine has been such a gift, and sharing this weekend with her made it even more meaningful.

Grateful for deep friendships, dirt under my sneakers, and the reminder that healing often begins by simply stepping outside. 🌲✨

Last month, Erick and I had the honor of attending the inaugural Leadership & Legacy Awards hosted by the Henderson Chamber of Commerce Foundation at Raiders Headquarters & the Intermountain Health Performance Center. 🖤🏈

It was such a special luncheon celebrating the rising stars, innovators, and influential leaders helping shape the future of our community here in Henderson. We even got to meet the incredible Raiderettes!

As a Henderson-based business for the past 5 years, I’m deeply grateful for the invitation and for having a seat at the table alongside so many passionate community leaders and entrepreneurs.

Feeling inspired and thankful for the people working behind the scenes to make Henderson such a vibrant place to live, work, and grow. ✨

Celebrating Mother’s Day in the desert!

I’m spending the day at serving herbal elixirs from Desert Medicinals — my Mojave-inspired tea line rooted in the powerful plants of the Southwest. As a naturopathic doctor and herbalist, I created these blends to harness the wisdom of the desert and deliver wellness through “Sunshine in a Cup.” ✨

Rooted in Wellness | Growing in Community

Grateful to have spent this past Friday morning surrounded by some of the most inspiring, connected, and heart-led women in the Vegas Valley. This was my first experience with Women’s Collective Leadership, and it won’t be my last.

From a beautiful lymph-focused yoga flow with Raena & Heidi of Lymphatic Organic, to an empowering and informative lecture on nutrition and glucose control by Sarah Wragge, every moment was intentional. We shared a nourishing lunch, green juice shots, and meaningful conversations about wellness, entrepreneurship, and what it means to truly support one another.

A special thank you to Joyce Toti for not only creating such a thoughtful and aligned space, but also for including our newest venture, Desert Medicinals, in the experience—and for inviting me onto the floor to share information around local herbal medicine and sustainability. That meant so much.

The energy, the collaboration, the mission… this is the kind of community that reminds you why you do what you do.

Already looking forward to the next one—and very likely joining as a member 🤍

Tea House Open House was everything we hoped it would be 🫖🏠

We welcomed 32 incredible guests into our space — a mix of new faces and familiar ones — and spent the evening sharing tea, conversation, and connection. It felt warm, relaxed, and deeply aligned with why we do this work.

If you joined us, thank you for being part of such a meaningful evening.

The teas you sampled — Sunshine Tea, Vitali-Tea, Mentali-Tea, and Sleepy Tea — are now available in-clinic (and coming online soon). Dr. Holly’s desert flower essence blends (Uplift, Strengthen, Protect & Ground) are also available to explore in person.

A full-circle moment 🌸

A few weeks ago, I flew to Seattle to surprise one of the most important mentors in my life, Dr. Molly Niedermeyer, at her retirement celebration — honoring 40 years of clinical practice, teaching, and unwavering dedication to naturopathic medicine.

There are very few people in this profession who haven’t been touched by her work in some way. Through her clinic, her teaching, and the many doctors she’s trained, there’s truly only a degree or two of separation between Dr. Molly and so many of us practicing today.

She is the reason I had the courage to open my clinic here in Nevada. She taught me how to think like a naturopath, how to approach functional lab analysis, how to care for women deeply and thoughtfully, and how to practice medicine in a way that is both grounded and human.

And now, in the most surreal and meaningful way, her legacy continues. I have the honor of carrying forward her botanical dispensary, filled with rare and beautiful herbs that are no longer available elsewhere. But beyond all of that, she is first my friend, and then my colleague… something I will never take for granted.

Dr. Molly, you are a true powerhouse, a fierce advocate for humanity and wellness, and one of the most impactful doctors I will ever know.

I love you dearly and cannot wait to celebrate your birthday with you in Las Vegas very soon.

World Tea Expo 2026 was in Las Vegas last week. Erick and I went to represent our new tea line . Looking for co-packers and magically connected with old mentors . Feeling right at home in this space and really excited to get such welcoming feedback. The industry is ripe for functional teas, and everyone was so excited to collaborate with a naturopath/registered herbalist. Let’s goooooo!!!!
