Empowering Women through Hormone Health

Today, we had the opportunity to educate our patients about bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT/HRT) and why hormone health matters. 🤍

As we age, hormone levels can change, and for some people, these changes may be associated with hot flashes, night sweats, sleep changes, mood changes, and changes in sexual health.

BHRT uses hormones that are chemically identical to hormones naturally produced by the body. When appropriate, hormone therapy may help manage certain symptoms—but it is not one-size-fits-all.

The most important part is understanding your symptoms, reviewing your medical history, discussing potential benefits and risks, and creating an individualized treatment plan with a qualified healthcare professional.
