We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing Nevada Pain Management clinic. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support pain management services, and collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure excellent outcomes for our patients.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Pain Management, Orthopedics, Spine Care, and/or Workers’ Compensation cases.
Responsibilities:
✅ Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical examinations.
✅ Assess, diagnose, and develop appropriate treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
✅ Manage follow-up visits and monitor patient progress.
✅ Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, treatment options, procedures, and medications.
✅ Assist with pain management care plans, including medication management and conservative treatment approaches.
✅ Review diagnostic imaging, laboratory results, and medical records to support clinical decision-making.
✅ Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record (EMR).
✅ Coordinate care with physicians, medical assistants, and other healthcare team members.
✅ Maintain compliance with clinical policies, HIPAA regulations, and applicable state requirements.
Qualifications:
✅ Current Physician Assistant license in the State of Nevada.
✅ Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
✅ Current NCCPA certification.
✅ DEA license and appropriate prescribing credentials.
✅ Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
✅ Excellent communication and patient care skills.
✅ Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
