As a personal trainer, Nick used a scale and InBody machine at the gym to track progress, but he wanted a more precise look at what was actually changing in his body, so he came in to PDC for a DEXA scan.

A traditional scale measures total body weight, but it can’t tell you how much of that weight comes from fat, lean muscle mass, or bone.
