If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, try starting with one of these journal prompts:

• What am I holding onto that I need to let go of?
• What does my ideal day look and feel like?
• When do I feel most like myself?
• What’s something I need right now that I haven’t asked for?
• What thoughts have been on repeat lately?

There’s no right or wrong way to do this. Just write honestly, without judgment.

Sometimes clarity doesn’t come from thinking more — it comes from getting it out.
