I am a Certified Transformation Health Coach who has invested years of studying the lifestyle changes that enabled me to overcome my autoimmune disease. With a BA in Education and a Certification in Health Coaching I am a teacher at heart, and it is now my passion to support others with making small habit changes that produces big, positive results. As a strong advocate of lifestyle changes with a strict chemical free focus, I support my clients to realize a balanced life path that connects Body, Awareness, Movement and Spirit in a result-focused, fun, and sustainable way. My coaching is done remotely currently with clients national and international.
