Greetings Council Members
Twenty-two years ago, I became an adopted dad to three Las Vegas born young men. In 2002 I was a unmarried gay man adopted two boys, Jesse and Ray that had been in foster care for over five years. Twenty-two years later I am here today to ask everyone to check out my family’s website www.wheatleydeforge.com Madam Mayor your picture is on there.
In 2015 the state of Nevada paid for this evaluation that stated has cognitive delays and cannot make major decisions. My son needs a guardian. The State of Nevada never followed it and weeks later my son turned twenty-one and became his own guardian.
I am here to tell a story of The Human Trafficking of my son Ray Wheatley De Forge. But sadly, and more important the ongoing and current abuse of my son Ray Wheatly De Forge.
Let me be clear
First and currently by Opportunity Village, who place my son at risk.
Next by the Circle K Corporation made that job placement a million times worse.
The State of Nevada, Dept of Aging and Disability
Dena Schmidt Administer of the Aging and Disability Services in Nevada is part of the cover up.
All to protect a state employee's retirement for failure to report the human trafficking of my Son Ray Wheatley De Forge.
In October of 2022 Charlene Murphy that same state employee gave false testimony in a Las Vegas Justice Court of law about this evaluation. Allowing my innocent son to be wrongly convicted of a crime he did not commit.
My son Ray Wheatley De Forge with this evaluation deserves a right to a fair trial. A chance to plead not guilty to a crime her never committed.
I am calling out to Chuck the Program Director at Opportunity Village knows the truth and it time to tell it.
A call out to Anderson Cooper from One gay dad to another, how about a sixty-minute story how Las Vegas Nevada treats Las Vegas Born disabled people.
