🧠 Running out of "brain space" for distractions?

Ever felt your body take over during deep meditation? 🧘‍♂️✨

When tapping into access concentration (Upacara Samadhi), your focus narrows to a single point. As that mental intensity builds, it can trigger involuntary physical reactions—like a tingly sensation, a suddenly straightening spine, swaying, or even a feeling of wanting to levitate.

Some traditions call this the release of Kundalini energy. Another way to look at it is the release of pent-up psychological energy and daily micro-traumas built up in the central nervous system.

It might look unusual from the outside, but it’s a powerful sign of deep mental conditioning.

We’ve all heard standard advice like "just focus on your breath." But if you want to experience the deeper, truly state-altering levels of meditation—like Jhana stage 1—there is a missing link.

For years, I noticed my post-meditation sessions felt incredibly powerful whenever I used my headband first. It wasn’t until digging into the practice of Upacara Samadhi that it clicked: the Muse was actually training me to sustain high-level mindfulness on the breath for much longer before moving into advanced states.

By keeping me locked into that initial concentration, it helps build that deep, pulling sensation (almost like a black hole) that bridges the gap to deep focus and full-body bliss (Piti).
