You probably don’t need another supplement. You need to know what the supplement is supposed to be supporting.
If you’re over 35 and trying to lose weight, build muscle, have more energy, or feel better in your body, social media will gladly convince you that the answer is another powder, pill, or “must-have” wellness product.
But supplements can’t replace:
Protein.
Enough food.
Strength training.
Sleep.
Movement.
Stress management.
Consistency.
I take supplements too. In this week’s episode of Wellness Unfiltered with Dr. Quinnett, I’m breaking down 2 that I personally use.
We’re talking about:
• Creatine, water weight, and the fear of “bloating”
• Why creatine matters for muscle, recovery, and healthy aging
• The difference between BCAAs and essential amino acids
• And why none of these replaces actually eating enough protein
The goal isn’t to build the biggest supplement stack.
It’s to build the foundation first, then use supplements strategically to support it.
