Two years ago, we made a giant leap and opened our doors with a dream. Today, we’re celebrating 2 incredible years thanks to YOU.

Pilates DECREASES the risk of injury! It was one of the most important components of our land training on National Team. When I joined the program, four of us sustained lumbar stress fractures. In response, we integrated Pilates twice per week alongside our strength training program, which we completed three times per week. Following these changes, injury rates declined significantly while overall strength and performance improved.

Your body is your vessel, look after it. Move in different ways, unilateral work is important. Both sides of your body are not the same, one hip is going to be stronger, have more mobility. If you always work bilaterally, you’ll never figure it out.
