Here is a little story leading to the competition prep.
Ok so ,think about this:
Not 3 hours a day for yourself, after a long night work 9pm thru 5am, get off work then hit the gym for a 2hrs30mins workout. Then clock in for another work session 8am thru 3pm. followed by
grocery shopping, meal prepping etc etc.
I know what your thinking: how do I sleep? It seems impossible right? If so continue to read...
Yes it’s true , After 16hr non stop work and 2hr30mins workout , you thinking I will go home and sleep until next day, right? I wish I could but No !
It's my meal preparation time.
Can you live like this??

Then keep reading,
Finally you can find time to rest for a few hrs before my 2 hour afternoon gym session, this is what I got to do because , if I don’t , who’s gonna do them for Me??
Then comes grocery shopping for next day meals and I have to go to work tonight .. gym is calling in the morning right after work and straight to other job back to back .
Well, the good thing is , I’ve done it before and I did again and I will continue to do whatever it takes to archiving my goals .
Determination and self discipline is the key to it all .
I know you are saying yooooo stooooppp I cannot do that, it’s all to much bro.
However, for me , it’s what I gotta do, because success does not come to your comfort zone.
I run for it, I got it and i am truly proud of myself. I deserve that MF win 🥇 don’t I ?
