Hey! 💛 I’m launching an 8-week online Menopause (and Perimenopause) Yoga Therapy Study
It’s focused on mood, sleep, stress, and overall well-being using yoga, breathwork, and simple practices you can do at home.
It’s open to women anywhere in the U.S., and everything is online (live or recorded for flexibility).
