Okay so here's the thing.

I see women struggle with this and blame themselves...

They think they're lazy or lack willpower or discipline but that's not it at all!

You have a "doing it completely alone with no one checking on you" problem.

And that is a very fixable problem.

A few things that can help:
πŸ‘ Put your workout clothes on before you sit down after work. Just the clothes. That's it. The couch is a trap and we all know it.

πŸ‘ Tell someone your plan. Out loud. To a real person. Because apparently we will let ourselves down way before we'll let someone else down. (No judgment. Same.)

But real talk?

The thing that works BEST is having someone whose entire job is to make sure you follow through.
