Sometimes the business you start isn’t the one you’re meant to run. In my latest post I share how a quiet nudge turned into a new direction—and how following those small nudges reshaped everything. Read the full story and the lessons I learned along the way. https://wix.to/d6j2Iec

It always starts with a thought.A quiet nudge. An idea that won’t leave you alone.A feeling that there’s something more… even if you can’t quite define it yet. That’s how this began for me.Not with a perfect plan. Not with a polished brand. But with a thought that maybe—just maybe—there wa...

Starting over in your 60s will humble you… real quick.

You’ll try things that feel awkward.
You’ll press buttons you don’t understand.
You’ll wonder if you’re doing it “right.”

And at some point…
you’ll realize the goal isn’t to keep up.

It’s to show up.

Not like a 25-year-old influencer.
But like a woman who has lived, learned, and has something real to say.

And honestly?

That kind of presence doesn’t need filters, trends, or perfect transitions.

It just needs truth.

This is what building an encore looks like.
Not perfect… but fully yours.

✨ And I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

I used to think I was lost.

Years of pivoting.
Renaming. Rebuilding.
Trying to figure out what I was supposed to do next.

If you looked at my life from the outside,
you might have wondered why I stayed there so long.

Why I didn’t just move on.

But I see it differently now.

I wasn’t lost.
I was being led.

Not in the clarity.
Not in the moments where everything made sense.

But in the quiet.
In the questions.
In the parts of my life that felt unresolved.

I used to think my calling was something I had to go out and build.

Now I know…
my calling was always a response.

Because He was there the whole time.

Not waiting for me to figure it out.
Not waiting for me to get it right.

Just… there.

Loving me.
Seeing me.
Walking with me—long before I recognized it.

This isn’t about religion.

It’s about realizing
you were never doing life on your own.

If you’re in the in-between right now—
confused, unsure, trying to make sense of it—

maybe you’re not as lost as you think.

Maybe you’re being led.

And maybe…
your calling isn’t something you need to find.

Maybe it’s Someone calling you.

Aging isn't the end—it's an invitation. If you’re still here, you’re still called. ❤️ Read my latest blog on living the encore years with intention, purpose, and faith. Read now: https://wix.to/OqQ9QCm

Somewhere along the way, we were taught that aging meant winding down.Stepping back.Handing things off.Preparing to fade quietly into a life of rest and routine. But I don’t believe that.I believe if you’re still here, you’re still called. The encore years are not an ending. They are an invitati...

Life has knocked me a little off track these past couple of years.
I’ve been building, creating, holding space for others…
and somewhere along the way, I stopped giving my body what it needs to stay strong.

Recently, I had a pretty scary fall — I literally fell off my kitchen counter and landed on my head.
By every logical measure, I should have been hurt.
But I wasn’t.

My doctor was amazed and credited it to good bone health.
And while I’m grateful, I also know the truth:
I haven’t been doing the strength training I know I need.

Maybe my body remembered.
Maybe it carried me through on stored strength.
But I know that won’t last without intention.

And now, I have a trip planned —
June. Montana. Hiking. White water rafting. Fly fishing.
With a group of women younger than me.

So I’ve decided: the time is now.

I’m starting a 16-week Montana Prep Journey to:
• build muscle
• strengthen my bones
• lose body fat
• increase energy
• and train for the life I want to keep living

Not to compete.
Not to prove anything.
But to honor this body and keep it capable.

If you’ve felt off track…
If you know you’re meant to feel stronger than you do…
If you’re tired of saying “I’ll start soon”—

Come along with me.

This isn’t about age.
It’s about living the life I want to live.
And I’m training forward. 💪

Not everyone meets me in the same season.
Some followed me years ago.
Some are just finding me now.

So here’s the truth:

I don’t teach aging.
I guide women through renewal.

I help you return to the health your body was made for
and the calling you were created for—
so you can live your encore years with clarity, strength, and freedom.

If you’re still here, you’re still called.
And if this resonates…
stick around. We’re just getting started. 🤍
